Acceptance and eligibility

By using Quilzo or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the footer policies. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you order for another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Our role

Quilzo offers print services, stationery and local delivery. We may sell items directly and may coordinate fulfilment through independent partners. Quilzo remains your customer-support contact for orders placed through the service.

Orders, pricing and availability

An order is a request to purchase and is accepted only when it can be processed. Prices, stock, serviceability, delivery charges and estimates may change before checkout. The final amount shown at checkout is the amount you authorise, subject to correction of an obvious technical or pricing error before fulfilment. GST is not currently included unless an invoice expressly states otherwise.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account, address, contact, file and order information.
• Check the document, page range, colour, paper, finishing and quantity before placing a print order.
• Upload only content you own or are authorised to print; do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or confidential material you may not share.
• Be available at the chosen delivery location and do not ask a delivery person to enter unsafe or restricted premises.

Payments, cancellation and service limits

Cash on Delivery may be offered for eligible orders. Online payments are processed through Razorpay; Quilzo does not ask for or store your full card credentials. Print and stationery orders are generally non-cancellable after placement because they are prepared for the order. We may decline, pause or investigate an order where information is inaccurate, payment is not verified, the location is not serviceable, the content is prohibited, fraud is suspected or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

Consumer rights and contact

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Quilzo is not responsible for indirect loss or delays outside reasonable control, but remains responsible where applicable law requires it. These terms are intended to be read under applicable Indian law, without restricting statutory consumer remedies.
