Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective 7 September 2026. This policy explains where Quilzo delivers and what happens when delivery needs attention.
Service area and estimates
Quilzo currently focuses on Chikkabanavara, Bengaluru. The website checks delivery serviceability from the location supplied at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; traffic, weather, campus access, store hours, vendor capacity, file readiness and peak demand can affect timing.
Receiving an order
Provide an accurate address, reachable phone number and clear instructions. The recipient should be available. For safety and access reasons, delivery may be made at a gate, reception, security point or another agreed accessible location.
Failed delivery, changes and charges
If Quilzo or its delivery partner cannot complete delivery because of a failure on our side, the affected order may receive a full refund under the Refund Policy. If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, cannot be reached, provides an inaccurate address, refuses a correct order or cannot provide access, delivery and reasonable handling charges may apply. Address changes can be made only when operationally possible and the new location is serviceable. Delivery, express and handling charges are shown before payment.
