Effective 7 September 2026. This policy explains the small pieces of browser data Quilzo uses to keep the service working.
What we use and why
Quilzo uses browser storage and similar technologies to remember sign-in state, carts, print drafts, preferences, serviceability information and safe order-recovery details. Some storage is necessary for authentication, restoring an interrupted checkout and preventing duplicate requests. Removing it may sign you out or clear a cart.
Third parties and choices
Firebase may use browser storage for authentication. Razorpay may use its own technologies when you choose online payment. Nominatim/OpenStreetMap is contacted only when location lookup is requested. You can clear or block browser storage in browser settings, but parts of Quilzo may then stop working until you sign in again or re-enter information. We do not use these technologies for behavioural tracking or targeted advertising to children. For questions, email hello@quilzo.in.
