Privacy Policy

Scope

“Quilzo”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the Quilzo service. This policy covers visitors, account holders, customers, order recipients and people who contact support. It does not replace the notices of independent providers such as Firebase or Razorpay.

Information we collect

• Account and contact information, including name, phone number, email address and authentication details.
• Delivery information, including address, landmark, location coordinates and delivery instructions.
• Order, payment-status, support and serviceability information.
• Files uploaded for printing and the print settings needed to fulfil an order.
• Device and session information needed to keep the website secure and working, including locally stored cart, session and order-recovery data.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify identity, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, process or verify payments, answer support requests, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Who receives information

Information is shared only when needed to provide the service: Firebase for sign-in, Razorpay for online payments, authorised print and stationery fulfilment partners, delivery personnel or partners, hosting and support providers, and Nominatim/OpenStreetMap when you request location assistance. Providers may have their own privacy notices.

Your print files

Access to files is limited to authorised Quilzo administrators and the person carrying out the one-time print task. A vendor may use a file only to fulfil the relevant order and must not save, reuse, share or retain it. Quilzo intends to delete fulfilment copies after delivery, although temporary operational, backup, dispute, fraud-prevention or legal records may remain for a limited period. Do not upload passwords, financial credentials, unlawful material or content you are not entitled to share.

Retention, security and your choices

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, withdraw optional consent or close your account by emailing hello@quilzo.in. We may verify your identity and retain limited information where necessary.

Children and contact

Quilzo accounts and ordering are for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly accept accounts from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us.
